Varis Pro is a video rental system currently being developed for a local Dallas TX toy and video store by Steve Whitley and the developers of sourceforge.net. The system is written in C# and uses the SQL server MySQL™ as it's back end, giving it great processing power as well as reducing licensing costs involved. Varis Pro is released under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE. More information about this licensing contract can be found on their website linked above.

     At the moment Varis Pro is in it's Alpha testing stage. The system is available for testing but is far from completion and needs further input from users. Additional features will be added as the system develops and they are requested.
